We Are Not the Same

21 October 2025

Some men invest in cars.
Big engines. Bigger payments.
Chains so heavy they forget how to lift.

They buy status, rent respect.
They chase validation like it's oxygen.

But not me.
I invest in myself.

I don't drive something that screams for attention.
I don't wear gold to prove i have worth.
I don't need a woman who turns heads,
because when i walk in, heads turn anyway.

While they flex their wallets,
I flex discipline.
While they build an image,
I build strength.

When they step out of their cars,
they carry a small frame,
a weak handshake,
a borrowed confidence.

When i step,
the ground knows.
People move.
Not because i'm loud,
but because my presence speaks louder than anything money can buy.

Their fortune is parked outside.
Mine is built inside.

They measure life in possessions.
I measure it in progress.

Because when everything fades..
the shine, the car, the crowd..
the only thing left standing
is you.

And that's why we’re not the same.
